Presenter Cynthia Rodríguez is expecting her first child. She and her husband decided to take a babymoon trip recently. She shared photos from the vacation on her Instagram. Rodríguez decided to take a break from her career to focus on other things. She explained why in an interview. "I think that after 17 years of non-stop, it was time to take a break to spend more time with my family, take those trips that I had been waiting for so long…We have to follow our intuition, enjoy each day and each stage of our life." Rodríguez also says that she is also using this time to work on projects.

Rodríguez is all about positivity. She talked about this in the caption of this this Instagram post "I tongue out negative thoughts, apathy, and bad moods," she writes. Rodríguez makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She sometimes shares workout videos on Instagram.  Rodríguez doesn't always go to the gym to exercise. In this video, she is seen doing at-home workouts.  Rodríguez does lower body workouts like leg lifts and fire hydrants while kneeling on a chair, and one leg squats from sitting in the chair. Another thing Rodríguez does to stay in shape is weight train. She shared this workout video on Instagram. In it, Rodríguez is seen doing deadlifts with a barbell. She captioned the post, "You don't have to feel like it, you just have to go for it. You got this." The Mayo Clinic recommends weight and strength training to stay in shape. "Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories."
